I love finding new pattern companies, and I recently discovered Petite Stitchery. So, when I had the opportunity to join the Petite Stitchery Women’s top blog tour, I jumped at the chance to sew up one of their patterns. I made the Lulu dolman, and it is now one of my favorite tops!

I used some beautiful floral double brushed poly fabric from Knitpop. This fabric was perfect for my new dolman, and it is so soft! The only modification I made to the pattern was at the neckline. I made a neckband and attached it by serging it on with the right sides together, instead of using the binding method used in the instructions.

The hem has a fabulous curved shape, that is lower in the back. I chose to hem mine, but the instructions also include a banded option.

I absolutely love everything about this pattern, and I know I will make it again!
