To help color the world teal, I made the Day at the Park Loose Dolman. I love a pattern that is a quick sew, with a beautiful result. The only adjustments I made were to shorten the top 1.5″ and raise the armscye about 2″, both of which were necessary due to my height.
One of the options in the pattern, is to add a cold shoulder to the sleeve. I had not made a cold shoulder before, and it was so much easier than I thought it would be. It is such a fun addition to the shirt. Other options available are a plain shoulder, as well as a gathered shoulder and 3 different shirt lengths.
Modifications: I took the armscye up 2″ and removed 1.5″ from the bottom hem.
Recommendations: Color the world teal and support Ovarian Cancer Research!
Fabric: Teal knit is from Sew Vagabond.
